They tell you that they will call you and nothing at all... they don't answer the calls and when I went to the office I was greeted by receptionists who didn't know ANYTHING... Why attend to new clients if they leave aside their pending cases ...I see I'm not the only one to think so. I would not recommend this office because in my humble opinion there are professionals who, first, will treat you better than them, and second, they will handle your case in a professional manner since you pay to have a PROFESSIONAL service.

I have called to request an estimate, they have given it to me and I have sent all my documentation as requested but then I have had to call many times so that they gave me information about my case, send me the contract and the account to pay but they told me What if now that later in the afternoon they will send it to me and a week later I still have no response. What a lack of respect and professionalism, if you have a lot of work, do not receive more, but do not waste valuable time on people who urgently need solutions at the time. I do not recommend AT ALL!! Good thing I hadn't made the payment because it would be worse.
