The worst and most terrible home delivery service, they tell you that your order will arrive in an hour and a half and it is not, you call to ask and they tell you that it will not take long, then they communicate and tell you that they will deliver it to you until another day, The next day you call to ask if they are going to deliver it to you and they tell you that they themselves have already canceled it and if you still want it you have to place the order again and it will take from an hour and a half to the whole day. It is the worst home service there is, they don't know anything about customer service.

They lack staff, they should hire more people, just half an hour for a medication is not possible. If you know that your products are in high demand, invest in employees.

In my opinion they always have staff turnover which slows down service and the supply of products.

The attention they provide is terrible, I just left and a lady who has a very bad character helped me, she feels that she is doing a great favor by serving us, she forcefully wanted to sell me a patent medicine when the prescription had the name of the compound so she could buy the generic medication, I do not recommend it 👎
