I was a frequent customer of this branch, in fact I was normally served by a guy with glasses in a blue shirt who I assume is the manager since no one else wears that outfit, and in general I was very pleased that he served me since he was very friendly and attentive. However, a few weeks ago I went to another branch and found out that in some of my medications the 3 or 4 piece was free and this guy never said anything to me, I don't know how many people he does the same thing to me as he did to me. There are medications that I buy up to 2 times in a month, God knows how many medications he has scammed me with. Hopefully this will help so that I can't continue doing it.

I feel in the oxxo. 1 open box, 1 taking eternal inventories, the famous Jenny talks and talks with the messengers. They ask him to cancel and he takes his time to go because the gossip is good with his friend. Meanwhile the people in the eternal line.

The employees who serve you are the most useless, useless and unfriendly people there can be, they spend their time hiding in the warehouse and when they finally deign to come out to serve you, they do so reluctantly, as if you were asking them for a gift. As if that were not enough, they never have change.

Terrible service!! They leave you on the street in the sun They yell at you from the counter and you have to be yelling through a window as if you were going to a government prison.... Because if they let them pass and they steal them, they charge the person who attends 🙄 A Thousand Times better go to the Guadalajara pharmacies that are a few blocks away!!
