I wish they controlled their delivery people. They always enter in the opposite direction through Héroes de Padierna. Avoid accidents. Respect the directions of the streets.
The morning lady is very lazy. Their page says that they are open 24 hours a day but the truth is that they hide so as not to attend. Also, specify what time at what time they accept cards.
Very bad service in the office and pharmacy. They fill the afternoon with appointments for COVID tests and do not have the judgment or common sense to save room for emergencies. The office is dirty (floor and walls). The people at the pharmacy also show that they don't like serving people, they answer reluctantly (it happened to me and a lady what happened after me)
The morning doctor does her best to meet the clients' demands. The day I went for my Covid test they were seeing patients from another branch whose doctor was not there. I think that more than a capacity issue, it is an organizational issue. It went well for me and without delays (I made an appointment online and they attended to me on time), but there were people who were upset because at the branch of origin (the closed branch) they were already delayed.
