They leave you waiting and no one comes out, and if they do, they don't even look at you. Once they get close to the window, super rude. Especially a thin lady who has been working there for a while; super rude. The girl with the creams is friendly, but she must arrive during the day. During the night they clearly have no one to supervise them.
THEY ASK FOR YOUR PIN! Literally, if you arrive when they attend the window and you want to pay with a card, they ask you to give them your PIN and your card to make the payment (even with a piece of paper and a pen in hand to write it down, and then if you don't want it dar looks at you with an angry face for having distrust hahaha) you must I can't imagine someone urgently needing medication having to give their PIN just because they don't know how to use THE TERMINAL or their mediocre system with a terminal attached, I don't want to imagine older people giving their PIN without imagining what they could do with it, they should consider it a crime.
And if during the day the attention is delayed... even more so at night, the staff at that time, very poorly trained, do not know how to find anything in the system and if they do find it, they take a thousand hours to search for it...
Better go where they will let you pass and use the terminal yourself... better, FARMACIAS GUADALAJARA has its cons too, but at least they don't ask me for my PIN and they are more agile
In covid tests they have terrible service from Dr. MIGUEL ANGEL TORTI SÁNCHEZ, do not go to this branch, they are more than 4 hours late, and worse if they cross their lunch hour, I went two days and it was the same delay both days , so that they leave prepared to wait in line for more than 4 hours even if they feel bad, I don't know why they make appointments if they don't respect that schedule, plus the doctor hurts a lot when doing the test, he is not kind at all, when you give POSITIVE, just tells you, "BE CAREFUL" gives no indication.
