Terrible service, there were like 3 clients at most and there were 4 employees plus the one from the dermatology area who every time they took a cream to read the tiny letters to know what type of cream, they were bothered by what I did, they all had no desire or intentions to serve us, in addition to no signs of where the queue is... in short, no desire to return to that pharmacy, rather, I will not return to that pharmacy
The sellers were quite slow in each order, added to the fact that there was no system. It took us more than 30 minutes to buy two medications and pick up an order from Amazon, since they did not know the procedure for said order. (works as an Amazon delivery point). A horrible experience, I hope I don't have to return

When I approached 2 staff members to ask what I was looking for they made an annoyed face and walked away. Nobody is at the entrance controlling the capacity, simply when there are more than 5 people, they yell at the last one who entered "only 5 people are allowed, wait your turn outside".

A terrible place, the women who serve you have a bad mood and are slow, they discriminate against everyone. Today I asked for a medication and their response was yes, I have it but it just arrived. You will have to wait until you have time to open the boxes to find out where your medication is. An elderly man went to buy some serums that according to the label were on sale and they rudely told him that those are not on sale, look carefully and look for which ones are on sale, do not attend that place.
