Rude and nasty lady at the counter who didn't want to help us so we left.
Went to the airport instead to get our covid19 test and the employees there were very friendly & helpful. It was well worth the extra money it cost to get the test at the airport.
It really is a place not to return, they have no consideration for customers, they were cleaning 🧹 and they spent more than 40 minutes, without attending. I had to wait because it is the only branch of the 6 in the area that had the medication I was taking. DISGUSTING PLACE.
Terrible service, they did not deliver the product, I have been making the claim for more than a month, I have follow-up tickets raised and they only say that they have no response from the corresponding area, that I must wait indefinitely. The people in "customer service" do not understand the definition of their area, they only know how to read a script and do not reason the problem, they only read and then cowardly hang up on you, without the slightest ethics, intelligence and education, hiding behind anonymity. .
