My rating is due to the terrible treatment of the person currently in charge because, although I understand that it is vital to take care of the products, it puts you in a super uncomfortable situation assuming that you want to take something without paying.
Far from supporting me and feeling oriented about the products I was going to see (because the truth is I was going to see what I was going to bring for my skincare) he insisted that I train and pay for something that I didn't want to carry.
I would recommend training your staff in customer service because the attitude is terrible. In the end I left without any product because the recommendation was that "it was better to consult with my dermatologist because how was I going to use a product that I didn't even know what it was for."
I must admit that in this branch the service is excellent, the attention and support of the staff is very good, highly recommended for those who live in that area.
Very bad service, one of their employees (black hair in her forties) attended us with a bad attitude, ordering how to make our purchase, really, these attitudes only show how bad these people are having a time, if they don't like their better job look for another one.
It says it is 24 hours a day but it is closed, they should update their hours, people come confident that it will be open and they find those types of surprises.
The ones that serve you seem to be asking them for a favor, if they don't want to work there I don't know what they are for, the truth is they are rude and they treat you with faces, terrible service!!
