Terrible service, the ladies who serve are always bad. Yesterday I had a problem when I wanted to make a payment via paynet, they ran out of the system and my payment did not go through, they had me stopped for more than 35 minutes, nobody solved anything. And to top it off, the lady told me that she couldn't give me my money. They gave it to me until they felt like it. I hope the company does something. It's not personal, but I know I'm not the only person being treated badly.
