Terrible service, all the staff are super incompetent, I have been buying at Farmacias del Ahorro for years and it is the first time they have treated me like this, I will never return to this store.

Attention a little slow. But it's really very annoying when they see your prescription and tell you... there isn't one, without checking if it's in another branch, or if they have a different presentation that might work for you. In my case I ordered a medication with 5 vials and at another branch they sent me back to this one to buy 5 boxes of 1 vial!!!

The service is disgusting. The woman (about 50-70 years old with red hair, obviously painted) who served me did not help me with what I asked for, and then treated me very badly, because it seems that she was bothered that I did not do her job. Then I didn't find what I was looking for, because the person they hired to sell didn't want to help the client make the sale. I bought another similar thing, because it was the only thing I could describe with the exact name to the rude little woman who attends. Then when it comes time to charge me, they have a "contactless" machine but the lady didn't want to charge me like that and I couldn't pay... This is how the people they hire kill business. I never come back here.

Terrible service, six people working and none attending, if they don't attend, they should close the pharmacy😤😡
