Good prices, good location!

I have been trying to claim a refund for a double charge through Mercado Pago for more than two months. The employees are not trained and the attitude they have is very bad. I talked to the managers of this branch who supposedly could help me, but now they no longer answer me. Their names Luis Chaves and Ricardo Vázquez. I would give less than 1 star and will never shop here again.

Good service and prices

I went to the store and there was no staff after 5 minutes a guy came out and helped me another 4 minutes passed and he came out only to tell me that it was a change of shift and that it would take a while... Why is it 24 hours if they don't help?

I just returned and the staff refused me a product that the call center verified in existence. It is worth mentioning that it is on promotion, and if the staff wants to take it, then buy it, if not sell it because they are making people go around. (Very badly)
