The customer service is terrible, I was looking at the products and the woman at the counter assumed that I wanted to steal something from me. Then he said that there were too many people inside and that they had already called his attention, if they don't like having customers they better close the business already. Obviously I will not return to that branch.

The young lady commented that they are scolded if they don't do that and took a very arrogant attitude.
From his attitude I assume that he thought we were going to steal something even though we clearly had the products in our hands, waiting to be charged.
Obviously we will not return
They never have change even if it's 20 pesos, they close much earlier, I arrived at 10:40 PM and the door is already closed when they say they close at 11:00 PM and even though they are inside they no longer want to serve me, the woman with glasses is more worried in doing their internal activities than in serving the customer and it is seen that they do not give importance to the counter, the truth is only out of urgency I go to this pharmacy, if possible I go to others even if they are further away, at least they serve me well in the others
Today, June 28, a girl named Rocío served me and she was not wearing a mask. When I asked her why she was not wearing a mask, she told me that she was cleaning her furniture, but even so she never put it on when charging me for the products.
I suggest that you follow the rules that the authorities are obliged to follow for the common good.
