Terrible service from the lady with glasses, Rubia I really don't know what she's doing there. I went today, May 19, 2023, to check in 2 tickets, a very kind lady served me BUT she only billed me for one ticket because it was already time for her meal and the system blocked the way with the blonde with glasses and she rudely attended to me. There are customer service courses!!!

Sometimes they are rude, it depends on the shift.
