Is it mandatory to have the savings card??? The cashiers say that if I don't have it, they can't give me service... I don't use it.

Always great assortment and variety, but there is always a line to be served.

Very slow customer service. More than 1/2 hour waiting to be attended to. 3 people and only one works.

Terrible service. The employees serve whoever they want first. They don't serve in the order you arrive. More than half an hour queuing for people they know to arrive to serve them first. And they still start talking to them. Terrible attention.

Terrible service and several times I come and they don't want to attend to me because they don't have change or because the system doesn't work and even once they made me an invoice wrong. Really lousy lousy lousy service 0 recommendable very rude those who attend and also quite stupid.
