An 8-month-old patient arrives in an emergency at the office located in Eugenia, the doctor on duty attended to us, terrible service. The Lord rudely did not attend to my son and even I as a mother felt insecure and attacked with his comments, I DON'T DO THE PATIENT. SIGN TAKING I only observed him as an object and he said “he was fine”, he had tachycardia throughout that period until I went to my emergency clinic. He prescribed me a medication that only helped the allergy I had, but he never bothered to listen to my heart or even make me aware that I had tachycardia. BE CAREFUL, IT IS A DANGER FOR EVERYONE WHO GOES, and even more so in this type of emergency, it really didn't matter why I went somewhere else. This happened on December 8, 2023, 11:30 am

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Yesterday we went to get a product, they told us at the counter that there was no time when we were seeing it on the shelf, they had no choice but to sell it. And today when I needed an appointment with the doctor he said he had NO system. I didn't know that you needed to have a system to make a medical evaluation, it's illogical. I asked for an answer if they would serve me or not, and they just ignored me. What a horrible staff!

If I could I would give it less than a star, serving two people at the counter taking too long, two other employees just talking there in the pharmacy looking at the desperate customer in a long line. I ask you, there is no one who can help other than them. No, you have to keep waiting!! Cynics!! Get to work!! While I was there waiting, I gave up and left, another person also came out. Your attention leaves a lot to be desired. I prefer to go to another pharmacy.

Terrible service, the people who serve are more concerned with talking to each other than with serving. I asked about a medication and they didn't even bother to search the system, they just told me that there wasn't any and that they couldn't tell me which branch I could find it at. Consider looking for people who do want to sell.

They have just denied me the sale of a medication arguing that they had no change, very poor service, nor did they even bother to make the effort to sell. They should earn by commission so that their desire is seen more.
