I wouldn't give them any stars because they have terrible service. Today I went at 10:00 am, there were 3 employees and only one was serving and the others were whispering and eating in the warehouses. They are not good at supporting their colleagues, knowing that there are more customers, they ignore us. One goes to get medicines for our patients and they urge us and they don't do their job. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTENTION. 😡👎

Terrible attention from the workers, they go twice to buy medicines and they come out that they don't have them in stock and they send me to another pharmacy, and through the same system that they have in the network I checked from the other pharmacies that they did have them!! !! They play with people's health!!!

For customer service they would be given a star, they don't care about the customer, they care more about being on the cell phone and making their reports than about customer service, they ignore you, there were 4 employees and none offered to help people On the other hand, the price of the medication was the best, at a lower price than that offered by the Hersa pharmacy and Farmacia Guadalajara, I hope and they will solve the customer service problem since it is essential, so that an establishment continues to progress and continues to be Recognized for being one of the best Pharmacies...
