The service is very slow, even if there are 3 people behind the counter, only one can't serve you and it's very slow, it's always the same in that pharmacy.

The telephone service is good, they make your order but then they call from the branch to cancel saying that the product is not there, if it wasn't there why did they close my order? As always, the delivery people don't want to go 😡

Attention is slow. Sometimes the staff is very inattentive, even though there are many workers, it seems that only one or two are on duty, the rest are just watching, or they start arranging things, or they are talking, they waste a lot of time serving.

Terrible, I made my appointment for the covid test, I arrived 15 minutes early as indicated and when I show up to pay it turns out that there is no doctor to do the test 🤷🙄

Excellent service, the home delivery service is very good, you can pay with a credit card without any problem
