This review is solely in regards to the COVID testing service at this location. The process to book online was a little annoying but I stuck with it and managed to book a same-day appointment. Once I arrived, I encountered friendly service at the cashier and the clinician who did the test was prompt, professional and spoke great English. For the price of the test ($346mxn and change for an antigen test) I am totally satisfied with everything about the experience except the online booking.

Don't trust them for Covid tests, and certainly don't pay in advance when you schedule; they just stood me up! I made a reservation for a Covid antigen test to fly, showed up fifteen minutes early, and they were like, sorry, the doctor left and we don't know if or when he's coming back. You can go to this other location an hour's walk away and maybe get one there? 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 I went next door to Farmacias Similares and was able to get a test within twenty minutes, but it cost $635 / more than double everywhere else.

My experience in this pharmacy was not as negative as what I can read from other reviews. I went there for a simple medicine against canker sores and the pharmacist was able to recommend the right product. Maybe it's a little expensive and a little more kindness would be appreciated.

They are not aware of price updates and the treatment is not friendly. When I pointed out the price, the lady on duty got upset and did not allow me to take the photo, later a colleague told her that there was no problem. bad for her...
