FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO Acueducto

They close whenever they feel like it, it is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy, it arrived at 9pm and they are mopping and they tell you that it is closed and there is no service, the door is still open and the employees are in the branch but they do not serve you

I arrived at 7:25 am and it was closed.

Whenever I come here, even if I provide my phone number, they don't pay me points like in other branches (like Sta Margarita) you have to demand them to get them going, it's the only reason I go to Farmacias del Ahorro instead of others.

Terrible service, first there was a lot of failure in their application to make covid appointments and when poooooorrrffin they accepted me in one of the pharmacies and to be more exact (Santa Isabel Aqueduct)..it turns out that they do not respect the appointment times, when they ask one that arrives 15 minutes before and it turns out that those summoned at 9am were still there, AS YOU SEE IT. I put a star because if I don't give it any, it won't let me comment.

I walked 3 km to go to this pharmacy and I did not find what I was looking for, a universal banorte card and they have not received it, I had never complained but what a horror that there is not what you are looking for
