Bad Delivery Point for Amazon Hub Counter. The FAhorro system did not read the barcode. The ladies reluctantly told me that the problem was with Amazon. I called Amazon four times to find out if the problem was with Amazon and they told me that it was most likely the FAhorro system. The package was there, Amazon notified me that the package was ready to be picked up. I don't know who is telling the truth, the point is that I couldn't pick up my order at this Hub Counter. I do not recommend it.
The attitude of the receptionist is horrible, they think they are doctors or nurses, and they are just cashiers. I went to pick up an order from Amazon and with arrogance and a bad face they gave it to you as if they were doing you a favor. I hope Amazon does something about this.
Terrible service, extremely lacking customer service and lack of training.
I consider that due to health measures it is OK to enter with a face mask, but restricting passage would affect their "sales" which is notable, they do not care, the waiting time in line is over 20 minutes to enter.
Just like there were 3 people to attend to, and one of them was only static at the computer.
Bad experience.
What a lack of training on the part of the employees, I went to buy a controlled prescription medication and they didn't sell it to me just because it was missing the age despite the fact that it was signed and sealed by the clinic, and they serve reluctantly.
