It's one thing to refuse to help. But telling a ridiculous lie about not having a phone is really insulting to the customer.

I went to this branch to take a COVID test, people who had gone before had told me that they would serve you without an appointment, I arrived and asked about the test, the lady who served me was very rude and told me that they could not serve me without an appointment, I told her that I didn't know about the appointment and continued with a bad attitude, I accepted and left, he didn't give me a solution or tell me how the appointment was going. Ten minutes later I found out that an acquaintance of mine was there and they attended to him WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Only 10 min later. Very bad service and customer service. Zero solutions and if you are “lucky” they may help you.
If I could give zero stars I would, the store is dirty, unstocked, neglected, the racks are empty.
The manager serves with a disastrous attitude, he says that there is no product when there is one, he says that he does not know how to do things to help the customer and the worst thing is, he judged a person who demanded good treatment by calling him "delicate."
