I was unlucky enough to fall into this clinic. I went because I had an inflamed tooth, and to have a first date. First of all, the patient's chair was dirty and full of blood, without anyone having cleaned it. Secondly, Dr. Iria was late. She referred me to an exclusive endodontist, who told me what the next step would be (do a ct). Later I contacted Dr. Iria again, and she told me that the endodontist was thinking about what steps should be taken to solve my problem. Again I talk to the endodontist and it turns out that it was a lie, that they simply had not been able to talk about my case (despite the urgency of my case). Once they spoke, one of the receptionists at this clinic calls me, instead of the doctor calling me directly to inform me. Said receptionist had no idea what she was explaining to me. Even so, I gave them a chance, and once a CT was done for my tooth, to find out if it could be saved, I had no news for many days, and I had to insist several times. When they finally called me, it was once again one of the receptionists, and not the doctor, as would have been normal. To my surprise, the receptionist gave me an appointment directly to place an implant (before making an appointment to extract the tooth, and without knowing how my bone was). This again reflects malpractice, since if you extract an inflamed tooth, it is normal to wait several weeks until you get an implant. Older people don't talk to their periodontist, since they were recently divorced, which puts any patient in a difficult situation. When I told the doctor what I thought, she did not give me a single explanation for these facts, and she had a totally passive attitude. I consider these facts a total lack of professionalism. The clinic is also very expensive, and without analyzing a case in depth, they already give you an estimate. For all these reasons, I do not recommend it. About the aesthetic treatment that he wanted to do, I asked him several questions that he never answered. Despite the fact that Iria is a kind person, she did not seem honest to me, and for this reason I cannot recommend this clinic.

They recommended this clinic to us and I have gone with my wife and child. My wife had a cleaning done and it has nothing to do with any previous cleaning, the time they dedicate and the care is much greater. I was quite worried with the child because if he gets scared now..... The fact is that a tooth was coming out without the previous one falling out, so we went to have it looked at. They did two reviews in which they did not charge us anything. It turned out to have an extra tooth. In the first one they decided to wait to see how it evolved in case it was not necessary to intervene. In the second they saw that it could dislodge the other teeth and we decided that it was best to remove it so that it would not dislodge the rest of the teeth. When they gave him anesthesia they told him that they would put some ants to help remove the tooth and the truth is that everything went wonderfully and he came out delighted with his tooth for the Tooth Fairy... I think that in all of this it also helps to enter and not see a normal waiting room where the children might already get nervous, it was like being in a cafeteria and with toys to entertain us. In terms of prices, I have seen it similar to other clinics. The cleaning was more, but for the time they spent it seems proportionate to me.
