Had some problems on an exchange but the Gentleman manager was super helpful, there were some problems with the system and even though it took some patience everything was figure out In the end. This dude deserve a solid raise!

Poor management, I came 3 days prior to Black Friday looking for a specific shoe. When I asked the manager about the specific shoe he said that there were none available in 6 stores until Black Friday. When I came in on Black Friday they made me aware that one pair was ordered in that size and it had been sold before I made it there. To me it seems pointless to order one pair of shoes for Black Friday. Will take my business elsewhere in the future!

Friendly and helpful. Said would order shoes If available after competitor sold the ones they were holding for me.

Great selection, need better customer service. Have the kid read "Raving Fans" nice guy but these kids don't know how to sell.
