Very happy with the treatment, especially the good treatment from Saioa, the technician who treated me. Their professionalism and kindness are evident at all times, I will definitely repeat.

Honestly, quite disappointed. I have been an elha customer for more than 2 years. I previously used their services in another city and was very happy. But here in Vitoria, fatal. The sessions are a disaster. Many areas are left undone, where they pass it to you they have to raise the gun and you barely see results. The problem comes from the turnover of workers, it is very high. In one year they have changed employees more than 3 times. This means that people, logically, do not get the appropriate experience to provide a good service. The truth is that after finishing this bonus I don't think I will repeat.

Depending on who serves you, you come out happy or very disappointed! The last time I went I was served by a girl with very long hair! Fast and bad work! In 15 minutes I was out doing many parts of my body. I went without shaving all my hair well! I came out with exactly the same hair as the ones I came in with!! He didn't even bother to shave off those few hairs before using the laser!! I ask that you dedicate your time to the clients you take and always do your job well, not quickly and badly because if you always did it well the results would be satisfactory since it depends on who does it, you will notice good results!

We went to buy a gift voucher for a friend. When we arrived we saw that it said that the first session was free. They told us that since the session was full body it couldn't be free and that they would give us a €10 discount (from €109). It seemed right to us. A few days later my partner went to shave her entire legs for €50 and since it was the first session they didn't charge her anything. I write because this difference does not seem fair to me and it seems like a tremendous imbalance. Does a person who shaves their entire body have a €10 discount and a person who shaves their entire legs have a €50 discount? I don't understand it and the person who was serving at the counter today told me the same thing. To me it doesn't make sense nor is it fair.
