The finished product of our total home remodel is a 5-star result. The transformation of a mid-century property into our modern day home is amazing! We love our new, old home! The remodel project was a major undertaking that required nearly 1.5 years to complete. The project design, planning and execution with numerous sub-contractors seemed disconnected and sluggish at times which was very frustrating. The EHB finished carpenters and framers were exceptional. The EHB staff comprised of project manager, designer and coordinators overseeing our project were always accessible and very responsive to our inquiries. After our relocation into the home, the follow-up to punch list issues was exceptional! We encourage anyone to explore potential projects with EHB, you won’t be disappointed with the final result.

We loved working with this team! Our project was completed beautifully and we love our new space to host and have guests over! Not to mention our home is now handicap accessible, which is very important to our family! We had a lot of curveballs thrown our way with other companies, outside of Elevation Home Builders. However, they worked VERY well to communicate with us and had our best interest in mind through the whole process. Will absolutely work with them again the future!

When we were trying to move to Iowa City we weren’t finding any homes we liked and wanted to buy. We were planning to buy a new build but after we toured Elevation’s house that was still in the construction phase we fell in love with their house and design. We loved the contemporary feel and all the things they included that we would have never thought of like a steam shower. After deciding to buy the house we worked with them to customize a few things and they were very transparent about what was feasible and what designs would fit the theme of the house best . After living in our house for over a year, Elevation has continued to be responsive for any minor issues that we need fixed. We always get compliments on our home and the design and I’m so thankful we bought an Elevation home!

We purchased our new home from Elevation in 2022. Their design team was excellent to work with. They quickly learned our design preferences and had many great ideas on the details. Despite some supply chain issues, they were able to pivot to find fixtures and design elements that fit our style perfectly. The home construction is top notch and we appreciate how quiet and well-insulated the home is. There are a number of thoughtful details in the construction that we are only beginning to appreciate. We're very pleased with this wonderful new home.
