Disappointed. Walked in for some 7” lag screws. Kindly asked if my four year old could use the restroom. They did not allow her to go. I get that some establishments have had issues with their restrooms, prompting them to bring about this policy of no restrooms for paying customers but I don’t feel thats fair. Especially for a 4 year old. Even police have discretion. My opinion is if you want customers spending money at your establishment this basic relief/comfort should be afforded. Daughter is relieving herself at an establishment where Im spending 0 dollars as I type. Next stop Home Depot.

They say if we don't have it you don't need it! WRONG! Needed clips to hold a glass into a metal door, drive the extra distance and they didn't have them. Took a bolt in to match up and was given the right bolt size but wrong thread and stripped the threads when putting in. Clark and Devon, much more helpful and knowledgeable.

The perfect alternative to Lowes or Home Depot. They have what you need and it won't take you walking miles around the store to find it. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and are eager and happy to help you (unlike the big box store staff who, if you are lucky enough to find someone to help you, will avoid eye contact and walk past you, don't know their products or where anything is)

The owners are great, the GM is one of a kind, resourceful, knowledgeable and organized person. This is the place where you come to solve your problems.

I've frequent this location over the years they are very knowledgeable and super friendly I highly recommend this location
