Ed is absolutely one of the kindest men I have encountered in the mechanic business. When I arrived to pick up my car (that was i first time actually meeting), he greeted me like we have been knowing each other for years. He consistently kept me in the loop about the status of my car as promised. He had my car for about 2 weeks. I got my car back today and you would have never guessed I was in a car accident. Ed definitely takes pride in his work as well as his customers leaving happy. He even told me that he made sure the insurance company paid the top dollar for the factory parts because they were trying to pay for a cheaper version. My car is brand new, it was 3 days shy of a year when I got in the car accident, so I can appreciate that he made sure my car received the "original" parts as it deserved.
