Nice park for what you can find around Jonesboro, BUT the equipment aren't well maintained (grass is). Sand is on the larger dog side not on the small dog side. The ramps have nails sticking out so watch out. And some people don't clean after themselves or their dogs. Overall, I'm grateful for the park just wish it was better maintained.
⭐️Edit: The smaller pup area is basically a swamp for days and even a week after it rains. The big pup area has sand, which makes it less muddy after it rains, however, sand... ehhh.
Between that, and after my 17 lb pup was attacked there several months ago, it's not somewhere her nor I care going to.
⭐️Original from a year ago: There's an area for smaller pups, and another area for the bigger pups. Water pipe on site, and benches. There's also a nice playground, tennis courts, basketball goals, and picnic area right beside it.
I brought my 6 lbs Chihuahua to the park to play for the first time a couple weeks ago. He has never been able to run and play freely without a leash and we were so excited. However, there is a Large hole in the small dogs fence. Large enough for a 30-40 lb dog to escape. So in fear or my tiny pup escaping I could not let him run freely. Upon speaking to others at the park there is also a whole in the large dog fence. I pray that these will get fixed so that we can enjoy the park with our pups.
It was kind of small. It would be nice to have the water inside. And people need to be more respectful about picking up their dogs poop. nice central location!

Great place to take your dog and kids and let them go wild.
