May of this year, 2023 I had the unfortunate event of being accidently struck by a fellow motorist who was trying to change lanes. They struck the passenger side of my car causing large creases, scratches and damage. I was scared about being without a car for concerns of commuting to work and worried about getting it repaired correctly. I have to say I am very thankful for being referred to EURO Collision. They repaired by car safely and appropriately and in a timely manor. Teri at the front desk helped me feel welcomed and set up a car for me to rent while my car was being repaired. She also gave me timely updates about the status of my car while it was being repaired. At the time of pick up the owner, Bob walked me through the whole process of the repair and answered all my questions during the inspection process. He graciously took the time to allow me to operate all the features of my car post repair to make sure everything was working right and to my standards. The car looked as good as new and I am very happy with the results. This was the first time I had to get a car repaired and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend EURO Collision for any car repairs and will defiantly consider using them for any future needs. Thank you EURO Collision team!

The process took a lot longer than expected. The insurance company and the shop didn't communicate well. Not sure they could have done anything to improve that process. What matters to me is that the work done on my car was done very well. This shop pays attention to detail, and they clearly care about what they are doing. This is the only place where I will take my cars.

The most important factor in choosing a car repair firm is to receive my car back in the same condition as it was before the incident. Euro Collision returned my car in a perfect, pristine condition! My insurance firm wanted me to use their associated car repair company franchises. However, past experience with Euro Collision, caused me go back to a most trusted, dependable repair facility. I got in a car accident a few weeks ago and Euro Collision was incredible throughout the process they got me in right away, coordinated with my insurance company, and fixed my car perfectly! It was such a painless process. Not to mention the quality of the work! Incredible job with painting and then they even detailed the car on the inside and out! It looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot! Excellent work! I definitely recommend!

Professionalism of the company, quality work and timely delivery.
