Where's the 6th star? The best waxing experience every time, practically pain-free. Lana is an absolute professional when it comes to Brazilian waxing for men. I'm one of those people who doesn’t like to chat at the salons, but visiting Lana is like catching up with an old friend. I found Dayana SPA through high ratings almost 6 months ago, and am so glad I gave it a go - could not recommend more highly. Must-go.

12/3/22 I went to my appointment at the 39 street location midtown Manhattan. The lady working there that day stated she thought it was an Asian person coming because of the name that I put on the booking.she was the only employee there at the time. I said to her maybe you shouldn’t stereotype and she got quiet. She claimed to not have enough time to service me and I stated that I could go somewhere else. I didn’t come there to be rushed or half service. She stated that she could do what I booked. She seemed to be rushing the waxing and I wasn’t cleaned properly after. I felt sticky. The bathroom isn’t in the facility so if you need a massage it’s best to do that before you undress into the robe.Then when it was time for her to do the Swedish massage she acted like she was afraid to massage me. Then told me it was a larger price when the website says a different price. She acted like she didn’t understand what a Swedish massage was. I haven’t ever experienced this type of service. A Caucasian lady was sitting there when I got dressed after the massage and the employee was doing her nails. I normally love coming here and using this company. I’m not sure what this employees issue was. And yes I am black amongst other things. This shouldn’t have happened.

Can I just say that Lana is absolutely incredible? She is so nice and made my experience unforgettable, even though a Brazilian wax can be a bit awkward. I have been to multiple waxing salons, but Lana sets the bar very high and she makes my day each time. I am really happy with the results and will be back here again next time!
