This location is my go-to DryBar spot. They honor appointment times, and I've never had a negative experience at the Los Gatos salon. I drive from Mountain View, so I obviously love it! Plenty of parking is a definite bonus!

Hi, I don’t usually write reviews about places especially bad ones if I don’t have to. But I felt compelled to write one about this place. I must say my after reading the reviews of this place and someone I know having a bad experience here I felt I needed to say something. I didn’t believe the reviews until I my niece didn’t have the best experience either. Many of the other reviews are about the experience they had and some changes that could be made to better benefit the business but as I was reading them it seems the owner doesn’t really want to take ownership for simple mistakes that could be changed to better the business. I truly believe that it’s not right having to write a bad review but the sense of disrespect the management gives I felt I needed to write this.

Never come to Drybar of Los Gatos. I am a frequent flyer of blow dry bars and this is the worst one I have ever been to. I gave it three tries because it was close to my home, but the blow outs were poor. The last one was so bad that I complained to the stylist and the front desk person. My hair was still wet and curly when she was done. I have never complained before this. When I spoke to the manager (the owner), she COMPLETELY disregarded me. She didn’t acknowledge my complaint, in fact she yelled at me and told me I was rude and asked me to leave her shop!!! Not only was she rude, but she was disheveled. For a salon owner I was surprised she was so unkept. Her stylists even complained about her and said she was cheap. This place is like a chop shop….not relaxing and stylists all seem to be fresh out of beauty school. I believe I owe it to others consumers to post this. Beware.

Paulette was the shizz! Very happy with this location and stylists - will definitely be back.
