Drybar - West Hollywood

I had an appointment at this salon, but ended up waiting for over 40 minutes past my scheduled time. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked for a hairbrush to detangle my hair. She denied my request and when I asked again after waiting for over 30 minutes, she responded harshly, saying she had already answered my question. It was frustrating to hear her emphasize the importance of being on time for appointments, while they themselves were running late. When I asked for an explanation, she abruptly ended the conversation. I would advise avoiding this location at all costs.

Managed horribly. There's always a ridiculously long wait and it's chaotic. The stylists are stressed out, the receptionist is overwhelmed, not to mention their products are less than optimal. I started coming here because Burbank decided to start closing at 3 on the weekends (???). Last week 1.5 hour wait at this location and this week it's been 30 min and I'm still waiting. I won't be coming back. I've been a customer for 10 years but it's been consistently getting worse and doesn't look like it's going to get better.

Made an appointment here for a friend and I a week early. Arrived 15 minutes early to the time we were told and they said they were running 45+ minutes behind. We would’ve missed our event if we stayed and already had makeup done with dirty hair so we were in a horrible situation to get ready for our super formal event. Really threw a horrible wrench in our plan and there was no apologies or empathy from the staff. Stay away!

I would have given this location a 5 but truthfully this only ranks a 3. They were low on stylist and made another customer wait an hour. Even though my stylist did an amazing job this place was a joke with service. These people seriously need to step up their game and get more stylist and be on time! Not that hard!

I’d stay away from this location. I used to be Barfly for many years and have gone to many locations around the country but this was not a great experience. I schedule a 3:45 dry styling then got a call a few hours prior asking if I could come at 5:30 instead. I reluctantly agreed and then at 445 she called saying she had earlier availability as soon as now. So I left got there at 515 and wasn’t seen until 530 after I asked her why. The receptionist ended up doing my hair and when a stylist finally did come he was not the friendliest
