AJ was great. She did an Outstanding job with my hair- Mini Up Do. You have to give your CC info when you make an appointment though. In case you cancel at last minute or no-show, you will get charged.

Loved the concept. Super easy process. Simple and to the point. On a whim, my girlfriend booked 2 appointments for blow outs. The result was phenomenal and I was more than excited for the Trilogy concert while in Chicago. The reception staff was super friendly and the stylist did an amazing job with my hair which included a shampoo and a hairstyle by selecting one of the menu options. I was only familiar with Drybar products because I had purchased a flat iron for my daughter the year before. My friend ended up buying a blowout mascara and probably the best mascara I have ever seen. Lashes look natural and long. It is definitely one of my new favorite products. I would have given 5 stars but my stylist Betsy did not speak other than to see what style I wanted.

I almost don't wanna post this review cuz then y'all are going to book and i won't be able to get in. Best Drybar location I've ever been to. Staff is friendly and so nice. It's CLEAN. The shampoo service is awesome. Like an actual head massage. And Kiki-- will she does my hair like nobody else. And fast. She's amazing and my go-to in Chicago. My hair will hold 4 days after she touched it -- magic!!

Made an appt for a blowout and this was my first experience with drybar, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I have very long straight hair and only knew I wanted something curly. Portia was my stylist and we had a consultation on what worked best for my hair, outfit, and my face overall. She was great and gave me the best curls! Highly recommend.

Kyalah did an amazing job. She was very willing to work around how I wanted my extensions styled and was very detailed. This is by far the best blowout I’ve had in a long time. She was also very personable and gave me some food recommendations while I’m visiting Chicago. She’s great and I will be sure to ask for her the next time I’m in the area!
