Drybar - Uptown Park

I decided to splurge on a blowout with a scalp massage for a wedding, and it was a great experience! I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to worry about fixing my hair myself or getting too hot and sweaty with my curling iron in my bathroom. It was easy to book a time to come in, and my stylist was available almost as soon as I arrived (and I got champagne!) I really appreciated that it wasn't too loud and that the entire facility was very clean. My hair turned out great and my curls lasted through the entire night. I felt the downsides were the price (like having to add on a scalp massage) and the limited parking nearby.

This was my first time ever visiting a Drybar. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and I decided to treat myself by getting my hair done. I was NOT disappointed. Dannie did my hair and she was incredible. She made me feel like a human again. She was so kind and knowledgeable when it came to different ways to take care of my hair. I’ll definitely be back if only just to visit Dannie.

Had a seamless experience getting a birthday blowout here! Service was friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable. My stylist listened to what I liked and my hair came out exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be back anytime I need a blowout!

Will never return for so many reasons. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. But soon as another person comes in they were welcomed with a smile. I’m at the shampoo bowl and the woman who did my hair Dannie kept massaging the conditioner on the temples of my face & not my hair, Tried to leave that alone. Then to make all matters of worse. She was so rough with me head that she pulled my earring out and it went in the damn drain. I just got my ear pierced a month ago. diamond stud gone! No apology nothing. Lastly, as she finishes up my hair. She ask me “how do I want my part because the part is throwing me me off” I guess because I have an eddie. Disgusted!!!!!! Will never return. Brand new diamond stud GONE! I kept it EXTREMELY professional for the sake of others and guest. But someone needs to contact me immediately and reimburse me. Or this won’t end well.

What a waste of money! I couldn’t tell you the girls who did my hair - name, because she never told me. She didn’t speak. She left to go wash my hair without inviting me. She’s was unfriendly. She was mechanical. When I said I was unhappy at check out, and said would leave a negative review - the clerk told me to DO what I wanted do. No one there cares about your reviews. My appointment was at 10:45 am on Labor Day. This place used to be so classy. Not anymore. I won’t be back.
