Always so nice! I have a good experience every time. Easy to schedule same day or next day appointments. I drive across town because I refuse to go to any other drybar. I recommend getting the membership, def worth it!

Thad my first blowout here and it was amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful, my stylist ana was the sweetest and helped me take pictures of my hair. My hair looked even better the days following so the blowouts last and are worth the money. 10/10 experience and will come back

Terrible customer service. Too many reasons to list. A month ago I was going to cancel my membership but decided to just go down to the single membership and give it another go. I had an emergency this morning and called 13 minutes after my appointment and they wanted to mark me as a no show and take my credit. No care in the world either aka simple customer service. Couldn’t believe I was talking to a manager. Mind you I haven’t been in months either. I’ve been a longtime customer, I’ve referred so many people via my social media and I even decided to keep my membership and this happens. I won’t be going back.

I have a wedding to go to and didn't want to do my own hair so I found this place through Google and I'm so happy I did. Alysa D understood the assignment and did the look that I wanted! My hair is extremely curly and she did the blow dry with the big curls just as I wanted.
