Drybar - Sacramento

I used to love coming here, I booked a 8:00 am appointment, which I was running late 14 min, and I called them to let them know, they said they’d have to switch it to a dry styling. I asked if they had a grace period and said because of the holidays they couldn’t accommodate me. I asked to have the appointment canceled and when I checked back to see if there was any appointments for the rest of the day there was a 8:15 spot that opened because of my cancellation which means they could have done my blow out. I was 14 min late which is a lot less of what they make me wait once I check in.

2023 update: still the top drybar. Since the business was sold a few years ago the cleanliness of all shops has suffered. This location is the most clean I've seen in 3+ years. I think this is my favorite of all the dry bars I've been to (and I've been to a lot). It has a super fun friendly vibe.

Had a wonderful time at the Ladies Night Out Yelp Event! We got free drinks, free food, goody bag with hair products, and free dry style or braid. I loved meeting all the women and hanging out before my style. All of the employees were very friendly and kept asking if we needed more drinks. They took me back quickly and helped me pick a style that was good for my hair type. The stylist was very friendly and chatted with me throughout my time there! I will definitely be back for more! What fun!

Rude, super rude, I was 10min late that's normal and it goes into the policy of 15min grace period. But they are super RUDE and it seems like none of the stylists or "bartenders" want to work in this place. So they told me they can't do full blow out, but I still have to pay same amount. This is second time I am going through stress with this place. I have been client to drybar for like 10 years, this is the worst franchise branch I ever encountered!! I will report this to Franchise board. Good luck with your sinking business Kristine!

Fabulous work done by Lorie and another gal (wasn’t able to get her name). We came in with not much in mind and both stylists were able to execute on our hair curls beautifully! Mine lasted 2 more days and I got so many compliments. Will be back when we’re in town!
