I have started using your gloss. It is wonderful! All your stylists are skilled and knowledgeable. I've been using Dry Bar for a while. So, with my frequent hair trims and your techniques,when I come for the style, my gray and black hair receives many compliments. One suggestion is someone to trim those ends. I know a complete cuts takes too much time. Thank you Gwendolyn

Honestly, I could have done as well myself. I was expecting all kinds of wonderful products to give my hair shine and volume, and all I got were excuses how Dry Bar had sold the rights to their products, and could no longer get a supply in their own shops. No shine, and very little volume. IMPOSSIBLE to park or navigate in a car. I had to ask my stylist to please scrub my scalp, not just paint it with her finger tips. The only reason I gave it 2 stars, was because the stylist was very nice and polite.

The quality has drastically decreased over time ... so much so I had to leave this time after waiting 35 minutes and was never called/ignored. I asked 2x if a stylist would be available soon (no one from the staff even attempted to talk with Me first) and was told "oh i guess she is running late". I left with wet hair as there was no Indication when a stylist would be available and school pick up was approaching. For such a luxury of now over $60 I was extremely disappointed in one of my past favorite places.
