Friendly prompt service. I this nice that they have added a dry blowout when you want a quick styling. It’s too bad they don’t offer champagne at this location

Had a wonderful blow out with extra scalp cleanse and massage. Lasted for 6 days! Honestly, had I not came home to Florida humidity it’d have gone another 3. The stylist was very nice and did a great job! I have gotten a lot of blow outs over the years and the extra scalp cleanse stuff they have changed my life. Made it feel so light and airy!

I'm so upset I'm shaking. I just came from this location. I woke up late to my appointment and generously they allowed me to come in even though they had a packed place. I'm Black and my hair today was definitely not at its peak but that's why we make hair appointments. My hair stylist look of disappointment when she saw me and my hair was palpable. The entire visit she did not speak to me outside of asking me where to part my hair and if I wanted something to drink (which she never got). I recieved the silent treatment my entire visit. Not a "how are you", "what do you have planned this weekend". Nothing. She excitedly talked to coworkers and other guests but nothing for me. I have once recieved a bad blow out at this location but returned upon the urging of my friends and it was a great appointment. But this time...what was that?! I'm a human being. Black women deserve warmth. Black women deserve the same treatment as White guests. If the problem was me being late, they shouldn't have had me come in and if I knew I was going to be punished by the stylists I wouldn't have come at all. I asked for a manager and was told that my stylist was the manager. So I guess I'm out of luck. Do better.

I have a membership to the Fort Lauderdale location and have always been warmly greeted …. Well the same hospitality didn’t hold true in Nashville… Dallas at the front desk … acted like she’s doing me a favor with her attitude and extremely rude demeanor…… part of my reason for getting the membership was due to the fact that I travel a lot …. The company can thank this young lady for my cancellation…… there’s too many other options…. I don’t like giving my business to rude!

Wish I could remember the name of the awesome person who did my blowout here. They were amazing, detailed and easy to talk to. Beyond my hair looking at amazing and fresh all my trip to Nashville, the conversation was great and I got great recommendations.
