Unfortunately they are way understaffed. This clearly is nothing new. Look at the reviews before booking. It’s Dry Bar you expect the same service you are accustomed to right!? Not at this location. I too waited and then had the worst blow out I have ever experienced. I washed and redid my own hair that after after the my event. Save your money gals. I did call back the next day and was offered complimentary rebook. No thank you. Skip this one.

Mitzy was great and really took into consideration my time crunch. She styled quickly, and my hair held really well for the entire day. Only reason it wasn't a five star was because I had a 10:30 appointment and had to wait 18 minutes before I was taken back and I was getting anxious about getting out on time to get ready for my friend's wedding.

Booked a blowout during my Vegas trip. Had a 6pm appt, wasn’t with a stylist till 6:30. They didn’t have water and it was fairly hot inside the salon. The reason for the 5 stars is because of Angel. Oh my gosh! Angel was phenomenal! Best blowout I’ve ever had; my hair has never looked better. If you book, request Angel!

******UPDATE: Since this review, I’ve now had my name and contact information FRAUDULENTLY used to book appointments at other locations, that aren’t even in the state where I live. Since they store your credit card information, they can charge you when you “no show”. So if I didn’t call and ask them to cancel an appointment I didn’t even make, they would have charged me. Beware of doing business with this company!******* So so horrible. The stylist, Josephine, was close to ten minutes late. They were not busy. There were only two other clients in the salon. She did not ask me if I wanted anything to drink, despite the other stylists asking their clients as they sat down if they wanted anything. When she wasn’t on her phone, or randomly leaving me to take her phone to the bathroom, she was barking orders at me like a drill sergeant. She was seriously the rudest person I’ve ever dealt in Vegas. At one point I started tearing up because she was so hateful, she actually said “sorry” and then she decided to tell me what she was doing with my hair. When she was done she spun me around like she was revealing a masterpiece, and to be honest, it’s the worst my hair has ever looked. She put so much product in my hair it looked greasy and dirty. All the natural shine of my hair was gone. I got up and left as fast as I could and ran back to my room to cry because I essentially spent $55 plus tip (I should have skipped the tip, honestly) to have someone yell at me and make my hair look like a rat’s nest. I will NEVER go back there. EVER!!!

Receptionist very rude and unprofessional!!! I was charged for a 10-minute scalp massage that I did not receive. The stylist told the receptionist to not charge for it and receptionist responded with "I have to charge you for what you booked" EVEN though I did NOT receive the service. She refused to give her name and said her manager was unavailable. Horrible customer service and not who you should have greeting each of your clients that walk in. Unreal situation - I left speechless
