I've had the pleasure of experiencing the remarkable skills and impeccable service of my hair stylist, Sybil for over 3 years. With her remarkable attention to detail, kindness, consideration, and expertise in handling textured hair, she has truly become my go-to stylist for my weekly blow outs. What sets Sybil apart is her willingness to cater to my specific hair care needs along with her exceptional knowledge and skill in working with textured hair. Having struggled to find a stylist who understands the intricacies and challenges of my hair type, I was thrilled to have finally found someone who not only embraced my textured hair but celebrated it. She demonstrates a clear understanding of how to enhance my hair's natural beauty, offering valuable suggestions and expert advice on styling, maintenance, and suitable products. Arrived for my scheduled appointment. There was no hair dresser to do my hair. Only one person was working and she was double booked. This location does not honor your appointment. I had run out during my lunch break to get my hair done for an event right after work. I recommend scheduling elsewhere especially if you’re in a time crunch

I'm sad to hear other people have bad experiences. Maybe it's improved, because I had a much better time. I had a 7:30am appointment at this Drybar location on 01/03. I arrived a little late at 7:35am and was seated within a couple of minutes - the fastest I've ever been seated at a Drybar. The location looked clean - no complaints there. The styling took about an hour, which is how long it usually takes for me. The shampooing was good and the stylist was nice. I love how my hair looked at the end! I've included a pic. I left feeling satisfied and I am glad that I had booked my appointment here.

Just a phenomenal experience altogether. All the staff was super friendly. I went in a Wednesday around 12pm to find only a handful of people there, which was wonderful compared to other over packed and over priced salons. It was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend my stylist Katelyn who was able to straighten my thick curly hair in record time.
