Great concept. Great head massage and hair styling. However, employees need to look presentable. Every one there looked like they rolled out of bed and just threw on clothes. They also looked like they hadn't washed their own hair in quite some time. This was definitely a turn off. When I go to an establishment like this I expect the staff to look put together especially if they are providing a service to make people feel and look good. The vibe of the salon is clean looking and the staffs appearance definitely brought that down. Other than appearance they were all friendly. Also, chairs at stations were pretty uncomfortable.

Getting a fresh style and blowout at the Drybar is the perfect outing for moms and daughters! All the stylists are extremely talented, and the staff creates a fun and welcoming environment. You can go before an event to get a fancy updo or just get a good wash and blowout for the week ahead.

I was the maid of honor in a wedding party in Septmeber, we had reserved multiple stylists for the wedding party starting at 8 am. the bride herself was 7 minutes late when I let the manager know that she was coming and that even if I had to give her my spot she needed to get her hair washed and dried and styled and she coldy reminded me that they have a late rule of 10 minutes. I work in customer service myself and if someone told me that the bride was running behind on her wedding day I would have the upmost amount of sympathy. I would think oh no she must be so stressed and it's her big day. I would make an exception. Not only this, but everyone arrived before the 10 minute late rule (the bride was 9 minutes late) and some of the girls said their stylist was cold, didn't talk and told them that they werent going to wash their hair because it would be better for their style. A majority of the girl's who didn't get their hair washed had frizzy hair, their curls did not hold and they were not happy with their result. the stylists here in general are not very friendly. Wouldn't recommend going here for a big event like a wedding.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! As a mom of four this is my treat I get an hour to myself and the staff spoils you. I can sip my coffee and relax while my hair is being styled just how I want. Make an appointment now and you’ll fall in love! My style last about 3-4 days!!! So worth it.
