Had the best experience! My - the amazing stylist who created my up-do - did a fabulous job bringing my (very) loose vision to life. Cianni, Naomi, and Natalia were the kindest and most supportive - sharing all the joy and female empowerment. Couldn’t recommend this salon more!

Unprofessional experience and very poor service handling the issue after. The curling iron hadn’t finished heating up when curling so I ended up with my hair half curly and half not. Had a hard day scrambling to fix my hair the morning of a wedding. Also didn’t feel the hair relaxing treatment was worth $15, it’s just a spray, not a leave in conditioner as I’d thought. Edit: manager kindly refunded me.

I have been a member for over a year now and genuinely love it. I come in frequently for a blowout as I have naturally curly hair and am not so good at doing it myself. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! This past weekend Dominic did a wonderful job on my hair for photos I was taking later in the day. Definitely give it a try and you might end up hooked on getting your hair done!

I’ve probably gotten over a hundred blowouts in my life and maybe a dozen of them have been at Drybar locations but today I was so impressed I had to write a review! I had Dominic for my blowout today and let me tell you this man is LIGHTNING fast! He had me washed, blow dried, and straightened in 30 minutes flat! I have thick curly hair and it usually takes over an hour for a blowout, and I have to point out spots the stylist missed but Dominic got it just right on the first try. I looked through it carefully and there were no wavy or curly spots! Dominic was so kind and friendly and asked me questions about what kind of style I wanted and what my preferences were. I was so shocked when he told me I was done and I realized it had only been 30 minutes. My other experiences at this location have been fine, but this one with Dominic was OUTSTANDING. I will definitely come back as well as recommend him to all my friends.

10/10 service! It was my first time visiting Drybar today as an out-of-towner. I needed an easy and sleek blowout to wear for an event the next day and my stylist Cianni delivered! She was not only humorous and friendly, but she also took great care of my hair (which is fine textured, high-density/mostly 4B by type). After asking me a few consultative questions, we settled on The Manhattan as a simple style; Cianni was able to get my hair silky smooth with a round brush and hot styling tool since my curls didn’t need deep conditioning or smoothing serum as I’d initially thought/booked. I was in/out in about 45 minutes - no fuss or anything. All in all, my experience was fantastic and I’ll be back when I’m in Philly again! For natural-haired folks, don’t be shy to drop by & get your hair done - this is a team you can absolutely trust! ☺️💛
