I cannot say enough great things about this Drybar location. I had absentmindedly made an appointment at another location, in a different STATE, but they managed to work me in for my 30th birthday blowout. Brenda, the manager, and Margaux, one of the stylists, both did an incredible job. I will be back!

I always have the best experience here! All the girls are amazing and the front staff are super friendly and attentive! Would recommend this place to everyone! Best staff and best hairstylists! What could be better?

Waste of time & money. I thought they would wash & dry/style my hair. All they did was my add on braid (which only looked slightly like the picture I showed them) and used a straightener on my already straight hair. ETA: Drybar reached out after this review and gave me a free appointment. The second appointment went much better and they did in fact wash/dry style my hair for an event. Increasing from 1 star to 3 stars.

Loved my experience! The manager Brenda stopped what she was doing to help us at the last minute when we were in a bind. Will definitely recommend and be going back.

My last appointment here on 12/18 was a DISASTER. I made an appointment for my daughter to be seen at 10:45. We arrived at 10:43 to check in and Cameron at the front desk told us they were running 20 mins behind and we’d need to wait to be see. Okay, no problem. 30 minutes later, Cameron shared that we would need to reschedule our appointment to another day because the person scheduled before us had thicker / longer hair and they did not schedule the right amount of time to get her hair done. I asked if we could do same day versus scheduling for another day. She told us no and the only option would be to book another day. I then asked why WE were being rescheduled to another day versus people that were not yet present for their appointments and she had no answer. We were literally watching people that were scheduled for appointments AFTER 10:45AM be serviced before us. I asked to speak to the manager - she was not there. So I demanded that she be called. The manager was called and I explained to her the above. Why would you cancel my appointment for today and ask me to be rescheduled when there are other people being serviced. They then decided that I was right and proceeded to call other clients. After not being able to get those clients on the phone - the manager agreed to come in at 12:15 to service my daughter. I am more than embarrassed and this has been the worst experience for my 8 year old. If there is an issue with scheduling / scheduling system based on length of hair or hair texture - wouldn’t it make sense to require these questions to be answered when scheduling an appointment? That’s my suggestion. I appreciate the manager coming in but we had to wait for 1.5 hours to be serviced and have an event to attend which we will not be late for. This is unacceptable. And there should NOT have been anyone else serviced until they took care of their 10:45 customer first. Checked in at 10:41 and left at 1:00PM. Still asked to pay full price for their mistake. Did not get Mimosa I asked for. This place does not know customer service.
