Drybar - Beverly Hills

I stayed away from this Drybar location for so many years because of the reviews. I drove out of my way to go to other ones. One night out of desperation I showed up and walked in just hoping I could get a dry style for my party early the following day. I was lucky that someone didn’t show up because i was able to get my hair done with no problem. Jenny was so kind and wonderful. I feel stupid for listening to these reviews because not only was the whole experience so positive, but my hair lasted a couple days and was absolutely perfect for the party the next day. I’m so grateful Jenny made it possible and saw me. She was working the desk and was my stylist. Sure they were short staffed on a Saturday night (I’m not sure why they were even working but I’m so grateful), but they made it work!

Great hair stylists,quick blow dry,reasonable prices in a top notch location

Stylist was not friendly and welcoming. Curls faded in an hour and took an awkward shape next day. I don’t recommend scalp massage its a 2 minutes nail getting digged into ur scalp and not worth it.

Terrible customer service and completely understaffed. Showed up 9 minutes late to my appt and apparently they have started a new 5 minute rule which is not specified anywhere. Was turned away as there were only two people working who were both going on lunch. Never going back.

Wasn't obsessed. Appointment was 10 mins late only to find out my stylist was sitting right next to me the entire time scrolling on her phone (I thought she was another patron). Constant pulling on my hair even after telling her I had weft extensions. Seemed in a huge rush the entire time. Didn't like the finished product. Left with a bad blowout and damaged hair :(
