Drybar - Back Bay

My experience at the Drybar - Back Bay was fantastic! My up-do was spot on (matched the photos I showed them for inspiration) and my stylist was the kindest, down-to-earth person. I loved the collaboration from the other stylists with suggestions and how everyone had the common goal of creating beauty to my benefit! It was awesome. The laughter, the thoughtfulness, and overall experience was top-notch! Highly recommend!

My experience was wonderful! My stylist was absolutely amazing. I have really thick hair and he did such an awesome job. I got so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be back!!

I frequently get my hair done at dry bar. However, this blow dry was simply the best I’ve had over the past few years. It stayed fresh and smooth for a few days (which never happens with me). The stylist that did my hair this time her name was Jenna/Genna (sorry if I misspelled it). Thank you so much!

Jada was delightful. Not only did she give me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever gotten, her energy was positive, respectful and curious- I have difficult hair and she really listened to me and mirrored back my concerns, and took them into account. Thank you, Jada! I wish I lived in Boston so I could come every week!

5 stars for the amazing staff. 2-3 stars for the company. Corporate should really supply their staff with anti-fatigue mats. I’ve never been to a salon where they didn’t have those for the staff until we went here. Shame on DryBar corporate for not treating its wonderful staff like gold. My daughter and I arrived in Boston on a Thursday afternoon, got our hair done here that evening, and it lasted our entire stay through Monday when we returned home. Seriously a great idea to get your hair done at a DryBar when traveling so you don’t have to worry about it the rest of your trip. I wish we had a DryBar at home. I’ve used their dry shampoo for a decade, but this was our first visit to a salon. Corporate has so much room for improvement to give its employees a better work environment. I’m sure they have a lot of turn-around which is a terrible shame since the staff were the best part about this. Beautiful old building as well.
