It's so expensive

It's a small store. Monica treated us very kindly, patiently making recommendations until we found what we wanted. They offered us delivery and freight on the same day of purchase!!!! Which, was wonderful. Not only that. The two gentlemen who delivered to the home were very professional, friendly and helped us a lot. I highly recommend this store. Excellent service and top-notch staff. Obviously my goods, quality.

They are excellent sellers but to resolve a problem it takes up to 15 days to review a mattress. After 3 days of sleeping on the new mattress it sank. You call the store and they don't give you a solution here, you have to call the Customer Service Center. With their hand on their hips they tell you that they are only sellers, for any problem you have to call their CAE. When checking the mattress, we found two dents on the base, they are not visible, but they can be felt to the touch. While they leave you with the problem and sleeping where you manage. Terrible customer service.

The staff is very friendly, but they do not sell wooden bases for the mattresses and orthopedists prescribe it.

Ms. Fernanda is very kind and attentive, she gives a good explanation about the mattresses, clarifying doubts and, above all, she listens to one's needs and knows how to advise.
