Diversified Body & Paint Shop

I worked with Paul Dico at Diversified Body & Paint Shop. My biggest concern was that the insurance company wouldn't approve repairs and I'd get stuck paying out of pocket. Paul worked hard to make sure that wouldn't happen. He kept me in the loop and he get my van back to me quickly. My van looks great now. Big thanks to Paul and his team.

The best commercial paint and body shop in the West. Danny, Brandon and their team of skilled craftsmen have handled a number of projects for Shomotion, LLC with amazing results every time. They are fastidious about their work and never let a vehicle leave until it meets or exceeds their high standards. High recommend!

Came in for a free estimate, Paul Dico wrote up the estimate and we sent it off to insurance. Insurance agreed to pay for it, reached out to Paul to schedule repairs and he all the sudden mentioned the vehicle not being repairable/total loss which was not initially stated in estimate. Insurance then asked for a supplemental estimate to get the ball rolling, I reached out to Paul and insurance reached out to Paul NUMEROUS times in which he agreed to send a supplemental estimate and never did. Im not sure if I have to pay for a supplemental estimate, which I wouldn’t mind at all but if it was something he didn’t want to do he could’ve just let me know that instead of having me wait months for it to not be sent in. I was referred to diversified by another company and had high hopes I wouldn’t be let down like every other auto body shop I’ve been to, unfortunately that’s not the case.

Cristine answered the phone and was extremely rude felt as if i was bothering her by trying to source the correct person to talk to, transferred me without saying she was going to transfer me. And questioned me sarcastically that I didn't know who i talked to prior. After being transferred Angie was helpful and kind she is a great example of good customer service.

Gave 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option. Excellent first experience with this company! Very professional and what an amazing shop. They fixed a damaged crossmember on my frame and it looks brand new. They even painted it for me 👍👍
