I really like this place. I already bought here at least 4 sets of tires. People that work here are really nice patient and helpful. They will explain you everything. Discount Tire also match tire price with other places. I know some customers get mad because sometimes they have to wait long time to get their car done.. specially right now before winter.
But in good restaurant u have to wait for food too. Only bad restaurants will serve you food quickly because there is no other customers. lol
My advice for those people is to drop off your car and just pick it up when is ready.
Great service after a pot hole encounter 😩. Guys were super helpful with getting the car tires replaced on new rims. Stayed late to ensure the car would be done before closing. Great folks
From the start Kamil had great customer service. I had an issue and his response was “it’s ok, we are here to take care of your issue and make sure you make it home safe”. Not many places have great customer service and I want to thank your team for being one of those places. While I waited for my car to be ready I witnessed the whole team continuously showing care and compassion to every customer they had. Thank you all for all your hard work.
They damaged my existing rims and scratched my brand new wheels and tires. Threw my summer wheels+tires in dirty bags in the back of my car without my permission, after we told the front desk clerk 4 times that we wanted to take them from the shop when they were off the car because we had tire totes and storage ready. Scratched the back of my seats, scuffed and discolored my white interior, and threw the wheels on top of two jackets I had folded in the trunk. Tech said “there wasn’t a note NOT to put them in the car” which has zero logic and was clearly a ploy to try and hope that I wouldn’t take the tires out of the bag and notice the scratches around the entirety of my rear rim. And also implies that I had the ability to communicate that to the service techs, beyond mentioning my plans to the sales tech 4 times
Place is too busy, and is negligent as a result.
