Dillard's

Denise was the best! So friendly and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience. We received great customer service in every department we shopped in. I love the selection of Brahmin bags that they have. The size of the store is pretty good for the SanTan Village.

My grandma went in to look for shoes for my wedding on Wednesday august 30th and the staff blew her off and rolled their eyes after asking for sizes of three different shoes and made her wait 40 min. She ended up leaving because she felt the ladies were too busy to help her. Hopefully the service at other locations will be more reliable.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a very large men’s section of clothing available. Not only that, but the clothes were actually pretty fashionable. So I enjoyed my visit and plan on going back.

This store is small but has all the brands. A short while ago I stopped in for a hot minute, and there was even a shelf of Louis Vuitton in the bag section! Way to go Dillard’s. I just think there could be a bench outside for smokers so I could take the rest of my family with me shopping to this location.

CHUTIMA G WILL BE YOUR NEW PERSONAL SHOPPING ASSISTANT!!! I came in, super panicked about finding jewelry to complement a formal gown, for a wedding, AND accessories for a dress for the Bridal Shower...I showed pix of the dress and gown to CHUTIMA, and she started searching the whole department for the PERFECT additions to my wedding outfits!! To be honest, I was feeling like the gown was a bit matronly, but by the time CHUTIMA WORKED HER MAGIC...I felt like Cinderella!! I even found that one of the necklace and earring sets will also work with an outfit for another of the wedding events, so I feel like I've solved three mysteries with one CHUTIMA!! I have a new BFF in the jewelry department at Dillard's!! I'd forgotten what it was like to have such caring Customer Service...like the old days. Listen...CHUTIMA needs to be congratulated and cherished, for the wonderful Human Being she is. Kindness is contagious!
