Dillard's

I love the merchandise in the men's department. I had a challenging time getting the store to send merchandise to me that I had purchased in the men's suit department. I had to call to find our when I would receive the items. When I would call, wrong tracking numbers were issued, and phone calls were not returned. This is not a good look, when customers from out of town regularly shop and by big ticket items in the store. There is not excuse for not returning a customer's call and following through to make sure that merchandise is received.

Great experience all round. A bright and vibrantly lit store, this multilevel shopping experience boasts a wealth of home goods, clothing, beauty products and more. Staff were great, and checked in on us a couple times as we walked the store. Selections are plentiful and the quality seems good all round. Great selection of bags which is where we spent most of our time. It's worth visiting. They likely have what you need, and they have plentiful sale racks here and there too. Bathrooms clean and wheelchair accessible.

Can often find good deals here on cool, stylish clothes. Better selection of unique, casual clothing than some of the other stores, including Macy's and Nordstrom's. My go-to place when looking for a nice dress - I've heard it is their flagship store for women's dresses in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, will easily start a room for you to try things on. Usually not a long line to check out. Don't miss their shoe sales.

Three levels of outlets in this mall! There is something for everyone. As part of S.A.M. Investments itinerary the main purpose was the Selfie World, where I took plenty of selfies in a variety of settings. Loved it all! Also enjoyed having a meal at the food court.

We went on the 26th to check out the Christmas items in the Home Goods Dept. Their clerk was very friendly and helpful - not always the case with all clerks. We saved 50% on decorations for next Christmas.
